Tinn's Grilled Philly Steak Subs was originally opened in 1998 by Tien Danh under the name of Grand Junction. In 2006 the Grand Junction name is changing to Tinn's Grilled Phiily Steak Subs. The plan to change the name was the brainstorm of Tien Danh.
